The ZC-2A electronic counting machine is a turntable-type semi-automatic counting device, featuring a wide range of applications, high production efficiency, and multi-purpose use in a single machine. It can be used for capsules, soft capsules, tablets (including special-shaped tablets), pills, candies, and grain/seed products, and meets the requirements of the national Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceutical production. This machine adopts high dust-resistant photoelectric counting technology and can count and divide solid granules with dimensions of 3-20mm. It supports bottling, boxing, and bagging, fully complies with GMP requirements, and is particularly suitable for research institutions, hospitals, newly established small pharmaceutical plants, and health supplement factories.
High accuracy: adopts a self-developed counting system, with imported intelligent fiber-optic sensors combined with PLC touchscreen control; precise counting and strong anti-interference capability.
Excellent body material: the machine body is made of stainless steel, stain-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to maintain; all contact parts are made of stainless steel no lower than SUS304; with a "flexible structure", components that need daily cleaning can be removed by hand without tools, preventing contamination caused by material powder remaining on contact surfaces for a long time.
Convenient to use: a positioner is provided at the discharge outlet to confine the container to the correct discharging position; the loading container tray is height-adjustable, and the tray height can be adjusted according to bottle height specifications.
Visualized information interaction: a touchscreen HMI is adopted, with a minimalist style, clear and intuitive information display, easy to set up and operate.
High dust-resistant structure: dust suction mechanisms are installed at each channel and the hopper, with an external vacuum cleaner interface connected via hose, alleviating the physical impact of high dust from plain tablets on the machine.

Vibratory discharge: uses friction and centrifugal force to disperse materials, which are guided by pointers into the photoelectric counting channels.

"Count Setting" sets the number of pieces per bottle; "Current Count" accumulates in real time and resets automatically for recounting when the set value is reached.
"Output Setting" sets the total number of bottles for the current task; "Current Output" cumulatively displays the number of completed bottles.
"Reset Count" and "Reset Output" clear the corresponding accumulated values with one key.
"Left/Right Receiving" manually switches the current receiving outlet; supports one-key switching between Chinese/English interfaces.
Enter the password "888888" to access hidden settings: keep FILTER at 0; set it to 25000-30000 when counting transparent items such as soft capsules; MOTOR ON TIME defaults to 100ms; DELAY FOR SWITCH defaults to 0ms.
Rotate the knob at position C to loosen the stopper, adjust the height to slightly higher than one product, and tighten the knob after adjustment.
Rotate the knobs at positions A and B to loosen the pointers, adjust the channel width according to the product width (keep the widths of both sides as consistent as possible), and tighten the knobs after adjustment.
Point position D outward to guide products to move along the outer ring; adjust the pointer widths at positions E and F to the diameter of one product.
Sensor: upon receiving the equipment, first confirm that the fiber-optic cables are firmly connected; open the sensor cover, press the "tune" button three times consecutively to reset the amplifier, then press and hold the "-" button to make the green value about 9600 lower than the red value.
Loosen the screws at positions A and B of the support rods to adjust the height of the support platform.
Loosen the screws at positions A and B of the support rods to tilt down the hopper, making it easier to scrub the hopper.
Loosen the screws at positions A, B, C, and D of the support rods to remove the turntable for easier cleaning.
Open the door panel and connect the vacuum cleaner hose to remove dust in the hopper and keep the counting channels clean.
