Bottle Unscrambling and Infeed: the unscrambling disc automatically aligns the bottles, the star wheel indexes bottles with precise positioning, and photoelectric detection prevents filling when no bottle is present.
Precision Filling: the pump precisely dispenses material, with the filling needle inserted into the bottle to prevent splashing and liquid dripping.
Automatic Stopper Insertion: vibratory stopper unscrambling + vacuum stopper pickup, with free switching between half-stopping (for pre-lyophilization) and full-stopping (for finished product sealing).

Finished Bottle Discharge: discharge via conveyor, with automatic rejection of bottles with missing stoppers, missing caps, or defective filling.
Accuracy ±0.5%–±1%; applicable materials: vaccines, biological stock solutions, essences, easily oxidized liquids; advantages: the liquid contacts only the tubing, sterile, easy CIP cleaning, disposable tubing prevents cross-contamination.
Accuracy ±0.3%–±0.8%; applicable materials: water-injection liquids, veterinary aqueous solutions, viscous essential oils; advantages: wear-resistant and durable, high-speed mass production, stable accuracy.
Accuracy within ±0.2%; applicable materials: high-viscosity pastes and liquids, suspensions, high-value medical aesthetic stock solutions; advantages: servo-metered, with suck-back cut-off, no dripping.
