High Versatility: The standardized structure and standardized human-machine interface of the whole machine can complete the weighing of various materials.
Simple Operation: Color human-machine interface, fully intelligent and user-friendly design; the conveyor belt is easy to assemble and disassemble, convenient for installation and maintenance, and easy to clean.
Adjustable Speed: Frequency-controlled motor is adopted, and the speed can be adjusted as needed.
High Speed, High Accuracy: High-precision digital sensors are adopted, featuring fast sampling and high accuracy.
Zero Tracking: Manual or automatic zeroing, as well as dynamic zero tracking.
Report Function: Built-in report statistics; reports can be generated in EXCEL format and can automatically generate various real-time data reports. A USB flash drive can store more than 1 year of statistical data, so you can keep track of production status at any time; factory parameter setting recovery is provided, and multiple recipes can be stored, making it convenient to change product specifications.
Interface Function: Standard interfaces are reserved for convenient data management, enabling communication and connection with PCs and other smart devices.
Self-Learning: After creating new product recipe information, no parameter setting is required; the self-learning function automatically sets suitable parameters for the equipment and stores them for recall at the next product changeover (2,000 parameter storage entries, expandable).
Three operating modes.
a. Dynamic Mode: Normal production line mode.
b. Static Mode: After the material enters the weighing platform, the platform stops running to perform weighing for higher accuracy; suitable for products passing fewer than 20 times per minute.
c. Energy-Saving Mode: On the basis of modes a and b, the energy-saving mode can be enabled; set the idle shutdown duration when no material passes through. When the machine runs idle for this duration, it stops automatically, and restarts automatically when material passes through again.
Self-detection: It can detect whether the motor, frequency converter, AD, sensors and photoelectric devices are normal and identify fault causes, as well as guided detection of cylinders, solid-state relays and solenoid valves, making it easy for non-professionals to inspect and repair.
Peripheral Device Communication: Standard RS-485 and RS-232 dual communication ports output.
The RS-485 interface uses the standard MODBUS and RTU protocol, but the write-in address can be modified by the user (57600bps, 8, N, 1; slave number 3 cannot be modified).
The RS-232 interface uses a custom protocol; the command sending content can be set by the user (57600bps, 8, N, 1) and is modifiable.
A fault signal from weighing to defective product is reserved.
Chinese Input Method: Recipe names and other content can be entered in Chinese, making recipe search and changeover more intuitive; together with the RS-232 communication port, Chinese characters in Unicode strings can be sent to peripheral devices (suitable for external printers or coding machines that need to print Chinese characters).
Suitable for detecting whether the weight of individual products is qualified; widely used in many industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, health products, daily chemicals, light industry, and agricultural and sideline products.
