The SA-8500 high-balance intelligent analysis needle detector is mainly used in industries requiring the detection of ferromagnetic metal impurities, such as toys, garments, apparel, zippers, hardware buttons, footwear, chemicals, leather and knitting. It is used to detect ferromagnetic and non-ferrous metals such as broken needles and iron wires mixed in or lost in raw materials or products, avoiding direct or indirect losses to consumers or manufacturers; it is an essential inspection instrument for export products. It can also be used in food processing enterprises where aluminum foil packaging must be excluded and only ferromagnetic metals are detected.

LCD computer-controlled sensitivity setting, steplessly adjustable from level 1 to 10.
Eight positions accurately identify the location of broken needles (ferromagnetic metals).
Imported dual-channel super-strong sensor anti-interference device, able to eliminate interference from iron oxides, superior to traditional dual-probe needle detectors.
Counting function, distinguishing passed good products, defective products and the total.

Sound and light alarm, with manual or automatic belt reversing.
Unique safety lock device, able to lock the sensitivity for easy management.

Detection sensitivity can be freely adjusted (0-10 levels) on the operation panel until the required level is reached.
