The large-packet oxygen absorber feeding machine is a fully automatic cutting and feeding machine designed specifically for large-size connected-bag oxygen absorbers/desiccants. It adopts a PLC + touch screen control system and is suitable for long and heavy packets. It automatically completes the whole process of connected-bag unwinding, photoelectric positioning, precise cutting, directional feeding and counting with early warning. The machine features a 304 stainless steel frame and food-grade contact parts, with stable operation, precise packet cutting and no risk of damage or contamination. It is widely used in snack foods, moon cakes, pastries, pharmaceuticals, health products and other industries, and can be used as a standalone machine or connected to a packaging line for high-speed automated feeding of large oxygen absorber packets.
Dedicated for large packets: designed specifically for large-size oxygen absorbers, compatible with long and heavy connected packets, with bag lengths up to 150mm and suitable for 1-10g large packets.
High-precision photoelectric positioning: photoelectric color mark tracking + ultrasonic transverse seal detection, with a positioning error of ≤±1mm and precise cutting, eliminating packet damage, empty packets and missed cuts.
High-speed stable feeding: stepper-driven bag feeding and high-speed electromagnetic cutting, up to 200 packets/min, with smooth low-noise operation, suitable for high-speed production lines.
Intelligent PLC control: Chinese-English touch screen with one-touch parameter setting/storage; output accumulation, real-time counting, and automatic alarm and shutdown for material shortage/empty packets/wrong packets.
Safe, hygienic and easy to maintain: fully enclosed protection and 304 stainless steel construction, waterproof and dustproof for easy cleaning; the modular design allows changeover and adjustment in 3-5 minutes for convenient maintenance.
Flexible integration: can work independently as a standalone machine or be linked with production lines such as pillow packaging machines and cartoning machines, with precise and synchronized feeding positions.
Applicable materials: large-packet oxygen absorbers, desiccants, freshness preservatives, anti-mold agents and other connected-bag large-size packets; suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and health product industries.
