Sensors or mechanical devices ensure that the edges of the folded bags are neat, avoiding skewing or misalignment.
The number of bags to be stacked can be set, and the folded bags are automatically stacked into piles according to the preset quantity for convenient subsequent handling.

As the upstream supporting equipment of the bag stacking machine, the bag-surface automatic packet feeder cuts connected sachets one by one after determining the bag length (multiple connected packets can also be cut at once), and slides them down through a chute onto the packaging products or the conveyor belt of the packaging machine, automatically tracking changes in the packaging machine speed. It is suitable for online high-speed automatic feeding of small granular packets, small liquid packets, small sauce packets, small powder packets and small bottle-type packets/desiccant packets with the customer's packaging machine or conveyor belt, with a feeding speed of ≤220 packets/min (at a bag length of about 75mm).
