Product Range
The CS-80 sachet stacking machine is a fully automatic stacking and arranging device designed for three-side seal/four-side seal sachets and connected-bag packets. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel and food-grade engineering plastics, meeting food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards. Through a PLC + servo control system, it automatically completes the whole process of infeed sorting, positioning and alignment, quantitative stacking and orderly discharge. It can automatically arrange scattered sachets into stacks with neat stacking, accurate counting and high efficiency. It is widely suitable for sachet materials such as oxygen absorbers, desiccants, seasoning packets and medicine packets, and can be used as a standalone machine or connected to production lines such as packet feeders and cartoning machines to achieve automated arrangement and packaging of sachet products.
Wide adaptability: compatible with three-side seal, four-side seal and connected-bag sachets, suitable for packets of various materials and specifications, with strong versatility.
High-speed precise stacking: servo drive + photoelectric positioning, with a stacking speed of up to 120 packets/min, neat stacking with no misalignment and no scratches.
Intelligent PLC control: Chinese-English touch screen with one-touch parameter setting; quantitative stacking (1-99 packets adjustable), counting accumulation, and automatic alarm and shutdown for material shortage/jamming.
Food-grade hygienic design: 304 stainless steel frame, food-grade materials for contact parts, no hygiene dead corners, easy to clean and contamination-resistant.
Compact and easy to maintain: modular structure with a small footprint; changeover and adjustment completed in 3 minutes, simple daily maintenance and low failure rate.
Flexible integration: can arrange products independently as a standalone machine, or be linked with packet feeders, pillow machines and cartoning machines for full-process automation.
Applicable materials: oxygen absorbers, desiccants, seasoning packets, sauce packets, medicine packets, health product sachets and other three-side seal/four-side seal sachets and connected-bag packets.
