Equipment Overview

The semi-automatic labeling machine is a desktop labeling device in which products are loaded and unloaded manually while labeling is carried out automatically. The machine consists of a loading station, a labeling head, a conveying and positioning mechanism and a PLC control system. After the operator places the product into the labeling station, the machine automatically completes label peeling, application and smoothing, with accurate labeling positions that are flat and neat. The machine has a compact structure and allows quick changeover; by adjusting the positioning mechanism it can adapt to products of different sizes and label specifications. It is suitable for the labeling processes of small-batch, multi-variety products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, daily chemicals and electronics.
