Working Principle & Performance Features

Main Components

Storage hopper + vacuum feeder: automatic feeding, dust-proof.
Multi-lane auger metering system: servo-controlled, independent fine adjustment per lane, precise dosing.
Forming device + film pulling mechanism: film slitting, forming, traction.
Heat sealing system: vertical sealing + horizontal sealing, adjustable temperature 120-180℃.
Cutting mechanism: flat / round-corner / serrated cutting.
Finished product conveyor: outputs and collects finished products.

Working Process

Feeding: powder is fed into the hopper by the vacuum feeder and enters the multi-lane auger chamber.
Metering: the servo auger rotates for precise dosing, with all lanes discharging synchronously.
Bag making: the packaging film is slit, formed, and vertically sealed into a continuous bag tube.
Filling & sealing: material drops into the bag → horizontal sealing → coding (date / batch number).
Cutting & discharging: the cutter cuts, finished products are output, completing the cycle.
