Equipped with a PLC control system + HMI touchscreen, steplessly adjustable bag length, automatic photoelectric color-mark tracking and positioning, and built-in fault self-diagnosis. Supports flat cutting, chain-bag point cutting and other cutting styles; optional ink-wheel coding, easy-tear notch, and perforation indentation configurations.
Compatible with PET/aluminum foil/PE, nylon/PE and other laminated packaging films, with intelligent automatic heat-sealing temperature control; 2-16 customizable lanes to match different capacity requirements.
Automatic deviation correction: the photoelectric tracking system achieves automatic alignment of double-sided patterns, with real-time fine adjustment of bag length and sealing position, greatly reducing manual adjustment.
New feeding structure: parallel in-line discharge tubes shorten the material drop travel, reduce the probability of blockage, and improve metering accuracy.
Mass production: 8-lane and 16-lane multi-lane models are preferred, suitable for pharmaceutical plants and food processing plants with high volume of a single product and high annual output;
Multi-product production: single-lane or few-lane models offer higher flexibility, suitable for multi-specification, small-batch production.
