Automatic powder packing machine adopts roll film as raw material. It integrates screw metering with continuous bag making, filling, sealing and cutting. With servo screw for quantitative feeding, the machine automatically completes film feeding, forming, material filling, heat sealing and cutting. No manual bag sleeving is required. Available in single-lane and multi-lane models, it is widely used for independent pouch production of small-weight powder. |

Forced auger feeding without bridging: the hopper is equipped with an agitating arch-breaking structure and the auger feeds material forcibly; ultra-fine powder, easily caking powder, and light floating powder are less likely to clog or run empty, ensuring continuous and stable discharge.
Servo auger precise metering: a servo motor independently controls the auger, adjusting the filling amount through rotation speed, with metering accuracy of ±1%-±3%; for multi-lane models, each lane's auger can be individually fine-tuned for weight.
Fully automatic integrated production: the packaging film is formed by the forming device → vertically sealed into a tube → filled by the auger → horizontally sealed → cut by the cutter; fully automated throughout, saving labor.
Temperature-controlled heat sealing, tight seals without powder leakage: vertical and horizontal sealing with independent temperature control, compatible with aluminum foil film and laminated plastic film, flat sealing, preventing powder pinching and leakage; optional easy-tear notch, dotted perforation, and ink-wheel coding.
Intelligent touchscreen, easy setup: PLC + touchscreen control system; bag length, speed, discharge amount, and temperature parameters saved with one key; photoelectric color-mark automatic tracking and deviation correction; automatic alarm and shutdown for film shortage or faults.
Hygienic and dust-proof: material-contact surfaces made of 304 stainless steel, enclosed hopper design, low dust, meeting food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical production hygiene standards.
