Equipment Overview

The fully automatic inline auger powder filling machine is a servo auger dosing + fully automatic bottling line, paired with a screw feeder for automatic material feeding. The complete equipment consists of four parts: the feeding elevator, storage hopper, servo auger filling head, and adjustable conveyor belt. Bottles are automatically conveyed, positioned, and filled with precise doses along the line, with continuous automation throughout. It is specially designed for quantitative powder filling into containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum cans.

Core Configuration & Advantages

Paired with a screw feeder for fully automatic feeding: an inclined screw elevator on the left; raw material is poured into the bottom hopper, and the screw automatically lifts the powder into the main machine's hopper, eliminating frequent manual feeding and saving time and effort.
Servo auger precise metering, arch-breaking and anti-bridging: the hopper has a built-in agitating arch-breaking structure to prevent powder bridging and caking; the auger is driven by a servo motor with precisely adjustable filling amount, metering accuracy ±1%-±2%; ultra-fine and dusty powders can be filled stably.
Inline conveyor for continuous filling: adjustable guide conveyor with automatic bottle positioning and stopping; filling stops when no bottle is present, preventing missing fills and spills; conveyor width can be quickly adjusted to fit bottles of various diameters.
Intelligent touchscreen control: the machine is equipped with PLC + touchscreen display; filling weight and conveyor speed can be set and saved with one key; automatic alarms for missing bottles, bottle jams, and faults.
Full 304 stainless steel body: all material-contact parts are food-grade stainless steel, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, easy to disassemble and clean, compliant with food and pharmaceutical GMP standards; dust-proof enclosed design with minimal filling dust.
