The 25kg semi-automatic powder packing machine is a quantitative filling equipment with gravity discharging and screw feeding. It is mainly used for quantitative bagging of powder materials in woven bags, kraft paper bags and inner film bags of 20～50kg. Operators sleeve bags manually, and the machine automatically weighs and discharges materials. The bag will be released once filled. Equipped with conveyor and sewing machine, it forms a simple packaging line. It is widely applied in large-bag powder packaging of chemical powder, mineral powder, feed powder, building material powder, flour, starch and so on.

Core Features
Fast/slow dual-speed discharge, precise weighing: two-stage coarse/fine auger feeding — fast feeding for speed, slow feeding for fine dosing, reducing impact error; high-precision load cell + weighing indicator, weighing accuracy ±0.2%-±0.5%.
Semi-automatic operation, labor saving: manually attach and clamp the bag at the discharge outlet → equipment starts automatic metered filling → automatically stops discharging when the set weight is reached → bag drops off automatically; only 1-2 people needed for bag attaching, transfer, and sewing.
Dust-extraction sealed design: the discharge outlet is fitted with a telescopic dust-proof cloth sleeve and the hopper is sealed, with low dust during powder filling, improving the workshop environment; material-contact parts in 304 stainless steel (food / pharmaceutical version), ordinary industrial version in powder-coated carbon steel.
Convenient adjustable parameters: intelligent weighing indicator with one-key setting of packaging weight, multiple formulas storable, quick specification changeover; automatic alarm for overweight or underweight.
Strong extensibility: can be combined with a vertical hopper, screw feeder, belt conveyor, vertical bag sewing machine, and heat sealer to form a complete semi-automatic packaging line.
