The double-head powder filling machine is a dual-station synchronized auger metering and filling equipment upgraded from the single-head version, with an inline layout and two independently servo-driven filling heads. Designed specifically for powder materials, it connects to the production line to automatically complete bottle feeding, positioning, dual-head synchronized filling, and dust extraction, with efficiency about 80%-100% higher than the single-head version. It is suitable for medium-to-high speed mass production of bottled / canned powder lines.
Dual-head synchronization, doubled efficiency: two independent servo augers discharge synchronously, 40-70 bottles/min (depending on weight and bottle type); the main head performs coarse filling and the auxiliary head fine-tunes, balancing speed and precision.
Servo auger + weighing feedback, precise metering: each head is independently servo-driven, with an agitating arch-breaking anti-bridging structure in the hopper; optional weighing module for real-time fine adjustment, accuracy ±0.5%-±1%, adjustable 5-5000g.
Inline conveying, automatic positioning against spills: adjustable-width conveyor + servo positioning, no filling without a bottle; bottle trays lift to receive material, with negative-pressure dust extraction for low dust and clean sealing.
Full 304 stainless steel, easy to clean, meets hygiene standards: all material-contact parts in 304/316 stainless steel, quick-release clamps, fully openable hopper, convenient disassembly and cleaning, meeting food / pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
Intelligent control, stable and easy to use: PLC + touchscreen with one-key parameter storage; automatic alarms for missing bottles, blockage, and out-of-tolerance; fault self-diagnosis, easy for beginners.
Wide adaptability, quick changeover: by changing the auger / adjusting the head height, it adapts to plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal cans of 5g-5kg and 20-120mm bottle diameter.
