The CS-300 vibratory bowl counting packaging machine is a small-scale fully automatic counting packaging equipment for bulk parts. The machine adopts a 304 stainless steel and carbon steel painted structure, with material-contact parts meeting food-grade standards; it is equipped with a PLC + touchscreen control system and customized vibratory bowls (1-8 bowls optional), automatically completing the entire process of feeding, sorting, orienting, counting, bag making, filling, sealing, coding, and finished product output. Designed specifically for small bulk parts such as screws, nuts, and plastic parts, it can work standalone or be connected to a production line, and is widely used in the hardware, electronics, toy, and lighting industries for high-speed, precise counting packaging.
Customized vibratory bowl feeding: bowl body and tracks customized to the material shape, with automatic sorting and orienting; smooth feeding, low noise, no damage to parts; vibration-damping rubber pads isolate vibration from affecting the main machine.
High-precision counting system: fiber-optic / photoelectric dual-sensor counting with counting accuracy ≥99.9%; supports 1-50 pieces per pack, adjustable; multi-bowl synchronized counting for mixed-material packaging.
Intelligent PLC touchscreen control: Chinese/English touchscreen operation, one-key parameter setting / storage; fault self-checking, automatic alarm and shutdown for material or film shortage, with emergency stop and safety protection.
Stable heat-sealing bag making: PID independent temperature control (adjustable 0-200℃), compatible with OPP/CPP/PE and other laminated films; three-side seal / back seal optional, firm sealing, flat and beautiful bag shape.
Quick changeover, low loss: no mold change needed for product changeover, parameter switching completed in 3-5 minutes; vibratory bowls can be started and stopped independently, reducing idle running and packaging material waste.
Safe and easy to maintain: fully enclosed protective design, key parts in stainless steel, waterproof, dustproof, and easy to clean; modular structure for convenient daily maintenance.
Screws, nuts, washers, rivets, small hardware parts, electronic components, plastic fittings, toy parts, tablets, candies, and other small regular bulk items; supports single-material or mixed multi-material packaging.
Heat-sealable laminated films: OPP/CPP, OPP/PE, PET/PE, etc.
Film thickness: 0.02-0.08mm.
Film roll outer diameter: ≤300mm.
Compatible with the PID independent zoned temperature-controlled heat sealing system for firm sealing and flat bag shape.
Automatic coding machine: online printing of production date and batch number on the bag.
Finished product conveyor: downstream conveying connecting to the packing station.
Soundproof cover: further reduces operating noise.
Multi-bowl expansion module: expands the number of vibratory bowls according to capacity needs.
