The multi-bowl vibratory counting packaging machine integrates multiple independent vibratory feeding mechanisms and adopts a PLC touchscreen control system, capable of simultaneously completing fully automated operations for various irregular small parts: automatic sorting, orienting and conveying, precise counting, bag making, filling, heat sealing, and discharging. The material-contact surfaces of the machine body are made of 304 stainless steel; the structure is compact and runs stably. It supports single-material large-dose packaging or mixed multi-material ratio packaging, and is suitable for batch packaging of various small parts and granular materials. It can be used as a standalone machine.
Multiple independent vibratory bowls: zone-based feeding, with each bowl operating without mutual interference; start/stop on demand, with separate orienting and sorting for different material specifications, highly versatile.
High-precision photoelectric counting: each bowl counts independently for precise ratios, with free configuration of quantity per pack and material combination proportions.
PID constant-temperature heat sealing: independent zoned temperature control, compatible with various laminated packaging films, tight and firm sealing, regular bag shape.
Intelligent operation: centralized control via HMI touchscreen, operating parameters storable and recallable; automatic audible and visual alarm with shutdown protection for material shortage, jamming, or film shortage.
Vibration damping and noise reduction: the whole machine is shock-treated to effectively reduce vibration transmission, with low operating noise; modular structural design for convenient cleaning, inspection, and changeover.
Flexible sealing: supports three-side seal, back seal, and other sealing styles, with flexible switching of packaging modes according to production needs.
Screws, nuts, springs, plastic fittings, electronic components, small hardware parts, tablets, granular candies, and other small regular bulk items; supports mixed multi-material ratio packaging.
Laminated film rolls: OPP/CPP, OPP/PE, PET/PE and other heat-sealable composite materials.
Film thickness: 0.02-0.08mm.
Compatible with the multi-bowl zoned independent temperature-controlled heat sealing system for tight, flat sealing without film damage.
Inline coding device: synchronous printing of production date and batch number on the bag.
Finished product conveying table: connects downstream to the packing / boxing station for automated line integration.
Soundproof and noise-reduction cover: further reduces operating noise and improves the workshop environment.
Material sorting and inspection module: sorts out defective products inline, improving the finished product pass rate.
