The fully automatic dual-channel electronic counting machine is a high-speed, precise counting and filling device designed for solid granular products such as tablets, capsules, granules, candies, and small hardware. The machine is built entirely of 304 stainless steel, compliant with GMP and food hygiene standards. Equipped with dual-channel independent servo drives + a high-precision photoelectric / CCD sensing system, it integrates the full process of automatic feeding, sorting, counting, dividing, filling, and discharging, and can perform dual-channel high-speed counting simultaneously. With high precision, high speed, and strong stability, it is widely used in the pharmaceutical, health supplement, food, chemical, and hardware industries, and is the core equipment of granule bottling production lines.
Dual-channel high-speed counting: two tracks operate independently, with a maximum counting efficiency of 3000 pieces/min — double the efficiency of single-channel models, suitable for large-scale mass production.
Ultra-high counting accuracy: high-precision photoelectric sensors / high-speed CCD vision recognition achieve counting accuracy up to 99.97%, capable of identifying tiny particles and eliminating over-counting and under-counting errors.
Intelligent automatic operation: PLC + 7-inch color touchscreen control with Chinese/English interface, 100 sets of parameters storable and recallable with one key for product changeover; automatic alarm and shutdown for material shortage, no bottle, blockage, or faults — fully unattended operation.
Flexible feeding without damage: two-stage vibratory feeding design with adjustable-speed flow division; materials are arranged uniformly and smoothly, avoiding stacking, jamming, and particle damage; compatible with granules of various shapes and specifications.
Hygienic and easy to maintain: 304 stainless steel frame with no hygiene dead corners; detachable dust-proof guards for convenient cleaning and disinfection; material-contact parts meet food / pharmaceutical grade standards, preventing cross-contamination.
Flexible adaptation and easy integration: the counting head can be raised and lowered as a whole, with stepless bottle height adjustment (50-250mm); can be used standalone or linked with bottle unscrambling, labeling, and sealing equipment to form a complete bottling line.

Standard bottle types: bottle body diameter Φ20-50mm, bottle height 40-180mm (bottle diameter 20-100mm and bottle height 50-250mm customizable).
