The fully automatic 8-channel electronic counting machine is a high-speed, high-precision solid granule counting and filling device designed for the pharmaceutical, health supplement, food, and chemical industries, used for automatic counting and bottling / bagging / boxing of granules such as tablets, capsules, soft capsules, candies, and small hardware. The machine is built entirely of 304/316 stainless steel, compliant with GMP and food hygiene standards. Equipped with 8 independent channels + a high-precision photoelectric / CCD sensing system, it integrates the full process of automatic feeding, sorting, counting, dividing, filling, and discharging, enabling large-volume, continuous, unattended production. It is the core equipment of granule packaging production lines.
8-channel high-speed counting: 8 tracks operate independently, with a maximum counting efficiency of 4000 pieces/min — significantly higher capacity than dual-channel models, suitable for large-scale mass production.
Ultra-high counting accuracy: imported dust-resistant photoelectric sensors or high-speed CCD vision recognition achieve counting accuracy ≥99.8%, stably identifying tiny, special-shaped, and transparent particles, eliminating over-counting and under-counting errors.
Intelligent automatic operation: PLC + 7-inch Chinese/English touchscreen control, 100 sets of product parameters storable and recallable with one key for product changeover; automatic alarm and shutdown for material shortage, no bottle, blockage, or jamming; faults displayed in Chinese; fully unattended operation.
Flexible feeding without damage: two-stage vibratory feeding design with independent speed adjustment per channel; materials are arranged uniformly and smoothly, avoiding stacking, jamming, and particle damage; new flip-plate discharge structure that does not damage materials.
Hygienic and easy to maintain: 304/316 stainless steel frame, seamless design for material-contact parts with no hygiene dead corners; modular detachable structure with one-key quick material clearing, convenient cleaning and disinfection, meeting cleanroom standards.
Flexible adaptation and easy integration: the counting head can be raised and lowered as a whole, with stepless bottle height adjustment (40-240mm, customizable); can be used standalone or linked with bottle unscrambling, labeling, sealing, and boxing equipment to form a complete bottling line.
Pharmaceutical: No. 000-5# hard capsules, soft capsules, plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, special-shaped tablets, pills, etc.
Food: candies, chocolate beans, nuts, freeze-dried granules, seasoning granules, etc.
