Station 1 - Bag storage and loading: suction cups automatically pick up pre-made bags and clamp them into position; simply place whole stacks into the bag magazine.
Station 2 - Coding / zipper pretreatment: optional laser / ink-wheel printing of production date, and opening of stand-up zipper bags.
Station 3 - Vacuum bag opening + leak detection: double-sided suction cups open the bag + air blowing at the bag opening; empty / damaged bags skip filling to prevent liquid leakage.
Station 4 - Precise liquid filling: matched with plunger pump / gear pump / peristaltic pump; the filling nozzle extends into the bag for discharge, preventing splashing and dripping.
Station 5 - Bag opening dust cleaning: sucks away residual sauce or liquid at the bag opening, eliminating material pinching and leakage at the seal.
Station 6 - Pressing and air extraction: squeezes out the air inside the bag, suitable for soups and sauces to prevent bag bulging.
Station 7 - Double-lane constant-temperature heat sealing: segmented temperature-controlled heat pressing; aluminum foil bags / laminated bags sealed without liquid leakage.
Station 8 - Finished product discharge: cooling and unloading, discharge via conveyor belt; defective products automatically rejected.
