The bread bagging machine is a downstream packaging machine dedicated to the baking industry, designed for soft foods such as toast, soft bread, baguettes, and cakes. It automatically completes bag feeding → bag opening → bag insertion → sealing / bag tying → discharge, without squeezing the product, without crumbs, and without damaging the crust throughout the process. It is compatible with pre-made PE bags, OPP bags, and tie bags, and is widely used for mass production in bakeries and central kitchens.
Dedicated to soft products, pressure-proof and damage-proof: flexible clamping + pneumatic bag spreading, with suction cups gently opening bags and stable conveying, preventing bread deformation, crumb loss, and crust damage; an exclusive air-flow support system prevents sliced pieces from scattering.
High speed and stability, suited for mass production: multi-station servo drive with an output of 30–70 bags / minute (up to 80 bags / minute), replacing 8–12 workers; can connect to bakery production lines for 24-hour continuous operation.
Strong bag versatility, quick changeover: compatible with pre-made plastic bags, tie bags, and transparent bags, with adjustable bag width of 70–280mm and length of 150–350mm; no mold change required — one-touch size adjustment on the touchscreen, compatible with toast, sandwich bread, and long loaves.
Hygienic and safe, easy to clean: 304 stainless steel + food-grade PP for product contact parts, complying with food GMP standards; quick-release structure with no dead corners, easy to wipe, preventing residue and mold.
Intelligent control, effortless operation: PLC + touchscreen with 50 recipe groups callable in one touch; automatic alarm and shutdown for missing bags, jamming, or bag-opening failure; built-in fault self-diagnosis, easy for beginners to operate.
Flexible sealing options: optional heat sealing, bag tying (wire / plastic clip), or labeling; tying speed can reach 100–130 packs / minute, with neat sealing and good tightness to extend shelf life.
Bakeries: automatic bagging of toast, sandwich bread, and hand-torn bread.
Central kitchens: batch packaging of freshly baked bread and cakes.
