The horizontal liquid bag-feeding packaging machine is a horizontal multi-station fully automatic pre-made bag packaging equipment designed for liquid / semi-fluid materials. With horizontal linear bag conveying, it integrates the full process of bag picking → bag opening → liquid filling → air extraction → heat sealing → coding → finished product output, compatible with pre-made bags such as stand-up bags, zipper bags, and spout bags. It is widely used for high-speed mass production of small and medium liquid bags in the food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Horizontal smooth bag conveying, compatible with various bag types: horizontal clamping and conveying with vacuum suction cup bag picking, stable operation, no liquid spillage, no bag flipping; compatible with stand-up bags, zipper bags, eight-side seal bags, spout bags, and special-shaped bags, with adjustable bag width of 70-260mm and length of 80-320mm, no mold change needed for changeover.
Precise anti-drip filling, suitable for different viscosities: standard servo piston pump / peristaltic pump metering, suitable for watery and viscous liquids (juice, sauces, laundry detergent); anti-drip filling nozzle design, accuracy ±0.5%-±1.5%, adjustable within 10-1000ml.
Multi-station synchronization, high efficiency with low loss: multiple processes in parallel, capacity 20-50 bags/min; the bag opening is held open before filling and air is automatically extracted after filling, resulting in flat bag shapes, firm seals, no leakage, no bubbles.
Full 304 stainless steel, hygienic and easy to clean: material-contact parts in 304/316 stainless steel, quick-release clamps and easily removable piping, compliant with food GMP standards; the whole machine is sealed and leak-proof, keeping the workshop clean with no residue.
Intelligent control, stable and worry-free: PLC + touchscreen, 50 recipes recallable with one key; automatic alarm and shutdown for missing bags, failed bag opening, missed filling, or overpressure — easy for beginners, with fault self-diagnosis.
Expandable functions: optional screw feeder, nitrogen flushing for preservation, inkjet coder, and spout bag capping, meeting preservation and diversified packaging needs.
Food: juice, milk, edible oil, honey, ketchup, salad dressing.
Daily chemicals: laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, toner, essence.
