This machine is a horizontal multi-station fully automatic pre-made bag packaging equipment, compatible with finished pre-made zipper bags, stand-up bags, eight-side seal bags, and flat pouches. The machine conveys packaging bags via a horizontal turntable / horizontal track, sequentially completing suction-cup bag loading → bag opening → granule filling → air extraction and sealing → discharging in full automation. Matched with measuring cups / a combination weigher for metering, it specializes in high-speed packaging of various granular materials in pre-made bags.
Horizontal smooth bag conveying, highly versatile: horizontal clamping and conveying with uniform force on bags, less prone to damage; no frequent mold changes needed, with one-key adjustment of bag width and length within the specification range.
Multiple metering options: granules come standard with a multi-head combination weigher and measuring cup metering, suitable for large and irregular granules, with metering accuracy of ±0.5%-±2%; materials with poor flowability can be fitted with vibratory feeding to assist discharge.
Multi-station synchronized operation, high production efficiency: multiple processes run in parallel, with conventional capacity of 25-55 bags/min, suitable for large-volume mass production. Optional devices such as nitrogen flushing, hole punching, and inkjet coding can be added.
Excellent sealing and air extraction: the sealing station has a built-in pre-press air extraction mechanism that removes excess air inside the bag, resulting in flat and attractive bag shapes, with tight sealing and no material leakage; zipper bags can achieve zipper heat-press sealing.
Intelligent electronic control, hygienic compliance: PLC + touchscreen control with multiple recipe storage; automatic alarms for missing bags, poor bag opening, or material shortage; material-contact surfaces in 304 stainless steel, easy to disassemble and clean, compliant with food production standards.
Snack foods (sunflower seeds, peanuts, candies), grains and cereals, feed granules, freeze-dried granules, seasoning granules, chemical granules, and other solid granular materials.
