The CS-590 pillow-type heat shrink packaging machine is a combination of a pillow-type sealing and cutting main unit plus a hot-air circulation shrink tunnel. The frame is made of thickened carbon steel with a baked paint finish, and all product contact surfaces are stainless steel. It is equipped with an integrated PLC + 3-axis servo + touchscreen control system, automatically completing the entire process of automatic feeding, film feeding, longitudinal sealing, end sealing and cutting, waste recovery, and hot-air heat shrinking. Continuous pillow-style film wrapping and high-temperature shape-setting shrinking are integrated into one process, so the film clings tightly to the product surface, flat and wrinkle-free, with no broken edges, achieving dust-proof, moisture-proof, spill-proof, and multi-pack bundling. It can run as a standalone machine or be integrated into a production line, and is suitable for heat shrink packaging of single items and multi-piece sets. It complies with the hygiene standards of food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical workshops.
3-Axis Servo Drive System: independent servo control of film feeding, product infeed, and end sealing. Bag length and running speed are set digitally; changing products requires no mold change, with parameter storage and recall completed in 3–8 minutes, and sealing and cutting positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm.
High-Sensitivity Photoelectric Tracking: dual photoelectric eye mark tracking, compatible with printed color-mark POF film, ensuring accurate sealing and cutting positions and eliminating mis-cutting and offset-cutting problems.
Anti-Cut Clutch Protection Mechanism: when material jams or is touched by mistake, the cutter automatically lifts and reverses, preventing damage to products and to the sealing blade; it stops in position without sticking to the blade, reducing film loss.
PID Independent Zone Temperature Control: independent temperature control for the longitudinal sealing, end sealing, and shrink tunnel zones, with an adjustable range of 60–220℃, compatible with shrink films of various materials, providing firm sealing without scorching or cracking.
Automatic Waste Recovery Structure: excess edge trim is automatically wound and collected, saving 20%–30% of packaging material compared with traditional fold-over film wrapping, lowering consumable costs.
Dual-Temperature-Zone Hot-Air Shrink Tunnel: far-infrared quartz heating tubes + circulating air duct design, maintaining uniform temperature inside the tunnel, saving more than 15% energy, and producing regular shrinkage without bulging or whitening.
Fully Enclosed Safety Protection: the sealing and cutting station is fitted with a plexiglass protective cover; automatic shutdown and alarm for missing film or missing product; low overall failure rate and convenient daily maintenance.
