Product Range
The CS-4525 fully automatic L-type heat shrink packaging machine is a combination of an L-type fully automatic sealing and cutting main unit plus a constant-temperature hot-air shrink tunnel. The frame is made of thickened cold-rolled steel plate with a baked paint finish, and the conveying and sealing/cutting contact parts use 304 stainless steel components, with fully automatic operation via PLC + photoelectric sensing. After products are placed on the infeed conveyor, the machine automatically completes the entire process of film feeding, film wrapping, L-type four-side sealing and cutting, waste film winding, and hot-air heat shrinking. After wrapping, the film clings tightly to the product, flat and compact, dust-proof and moisture-proof. It is suitable for single-item/set packaging of hawthorn cheese gift boxes, snack foods, medicine boxes, daily chemical color boxes, small hardware items, etc., and can be connected to upstream production lines for fully automatic unmanned mass production, complying with the production standards of food processing workshops.
L-Type Integrated Sealing and Cutting Structure: L-shaped Teflon anti-stick sealing blade with independent constant-temperature control for the upper and lower sections, producing seals that are not scorched, do not stick to the film, and have neat cuts without burrs; side + end sealing and cutting are completed in one pass, compatible with automatic wrapping using fold-over POF shrink film.
Dual Photoelectric Sensing System: horizontal + vertical dual photoelectric switching detection, automatically identifying product length and width; long and short materials require no mold change, adapting automatically to both small milk tablet gift boxes and large full boxes, with no-material standby energy-saving protection.
Independent Waste Film Winding Mechanism: external waste collection motor automatically winds up excess edge trim from sealing and cutting, so no waste accumulates on the machine, enabling long continuous mass production with easy cleaning and maintenance.
Hot-Air Circulation Shrink Tunnel: stainless steel heating tubes inside the tunnel + high-power circulation fan, uniform tunnel temperature control, frequency-converter speed-adjustable conveyor, uniform heating without wrinkling or film breakage, and zone-adjustable temperature control range.
Adjustable Machine Dimensions: handwheels allow quick adjustment of film rack width and infeed height, saving time when changing product specifications; swivel casters with locks at the bottom allow flexible machine repositioning.
Hawthorn cheese, milk cakes, preserved fruit gift boxes, full boxes of snack foods, pharmaceutical cartons, cosmetics gift boxes, books and photo frames, small hardware parts, and grouped packaging of bottled foods.
POF cross-linked shrink film, PVC heat shrink film, film thickness 0.012–0.08mm, fold-over film with 76mm film roll core diameter.
