The CS-400 fully automatic corner cutting machine is designed specifically for trimming the four corners of gift boxes after heat shrink film wrapping. The frame is made of thickened carbon steel with a baked paint finish, and the blade station and material contact surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel. The machine is equipped with a PLC + servo drive + touchscreen control system, realizing fully automated operation of automatic feeding, film positioning, synchronized four-corner cutting, waste separation, and finished product discharge. It cuts away the excess shrink film at the four corners of the packaging box in one pass, producing flat and regular wrapped corners without curling or film breakage. It is suitable for corner cutting after heat shrinking of pharmaceutical boxes, food gift boxes, cosmetics boxes, and 3C digital packaging boxes, and can be connected with L-type sealing and cutting machines and heat shrink tunnels to form an automated packaging production line, complying with the production hygiene standards of food and pharmaceutical workshops.
Four-Blade Synchronized Corner Cutting Structure: four sets of independent high-precision alloy steel blades cut the four corners simultaneously in one pass; the blade bodies are high-temperature resistant and anti-stick, producing smooth cuts without burrs, with high dimensional consistency of the cut and a corner cutting error of ≤±0.1mm.
Servo + PLC Intelligent Control System: one-touch entry of product length, width, and height data on the touchscreen; the lead screw automatically adjusts the infeed width and blade positions, with parameter storage and recall completed in 3–5 minutes when changing product specifications; automatic shutdown and alarm protection for material shortage or jamming.
Adaptive Tension Film Control Mechanism: built-in film tensioning and deviation correction assembly, adapting to thickness variations of multiple POF and PVC shrink films, so the film is not stretched or torn during cutting, reducing packaging material loss.
Adjustable Conveyor Platform: conveyor belt height and width are quickly fine-adjusted by handwheel; the infeed table height fits connection with upstream and downstream production lines; locking swivel casters at the bottom make machine repositioning convenient.
Automatic Waste Collection: corner waste film falls through synchronously during cutting, and the machine has a built-in waste storage bin, so long production runs require no frequent downtime for waste cleaning.
