Product Range
The CS-300 3D packaging machine, also known as a transparent film wrapping machine, features a thickened carbon steel frame with a baked paint finish and a stainless steel worktable, and is equipped with a PLC + frequency-converter speed control system. It automatically completes the entire process of material feeding, BOPP cigarette film feeding, corner folding, four-side heat sealing, application of anti-counterfeiting gold tear tape, and finished product discharge. By wrapping the box body with film adhering to all six sides, it produces a strong three-dimensional shape with a flat and transparent film surface, providing dust-proof and moisture-proof protection, anti-counterfeiting and anti-theft features, and enhanced product quality. It can run as a standalone machine or be connected with cartoning machines and inkjet printers to form a fully automatic packaging production line. It is widely used for film wrapping of regular square boxed products, complying with the production standards of pharmaceutical and food workshops.
Three-Dimensional Edge Folding and Wrapping Process: the machine uses cam-linked transmission for six-side edge folding and shaping, with a built-in film surface shaping mechanism, so the wrapped film has no bubbles or wrinkles and the corners are crisp, making the finished package regular and attractive.
Integrated Gold Tear Tape Application: standard-equipped easy-tear gold tear tape feeding assembly applies the anti-counterfeiting tear strip synchronously during packaging, making opening convenient and providing product anti-counterfeiting, meeting factory release standards for products with tear tape.
Quick Mold Change Structure: handwheel-type width and height adjustment mechanisms mean changing product specifications requires no extensive machine disassembly; changeover and adjustment for conventional box types is completed within 30 minutes, suitable for multi-specification small-batch production.
Constant-Temperature Zoned Heat Sealing System: independent zone-controlled heating plates with an adjustable temperature of 80–220℃, compatible with BOPP films of different thicknesses, providing firm seals that do not crack or scorch.
Static Elimination + Constant-Tension Film Feeding: equipped with a static elimination device and an air-expanding shaft film rack, eliminating film static adhesion problems, so film feeding is smooth without deviation or tearing, reducing packaging material loss.
Automatic Shutdown Protection for Material Shortage: photoelectric detection stops the machine when material is missing or the machine is empty, saving energy and reducing idling wear; enclosed safety guard covers make production safe and inspection and maintenance easy.
Single-item packaging of various regular rectangular cartons such as medicine boxes, health supplement boxes, cosmetics boxes, tea gift boxes, playing cards, soap, audio and CD cases, chewing gum, and square batteries.
