The CS-800 8-lane four-side seal swab packaging machine is a high-speed sterile packaging machine designed specifically for disposable sampling throat swabs and nasal swabs. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel and medical-grade materials, complying with GMP medical production standards. It is equipped with 8-lane synchronous servo drive + PLC intelligent control system, integrating the entire process of automatic feeding, positioning, four-side heat sealing, cutting, counting, and discharge, enabling individual sterile packaging of single swabs. With high speed, good sealing performance, and a high hygiene level, it is widely suitable for medical testing, nucleic acid sampling, disposable medical consumables, and other fields, and is a core machine for large-scale swab packaging.
8-Lane High-Speed Synchronized Packaging: 8 lanes operating in parallel, with a maximum output of 120 packs/minute (single lane) and 960 packs/minute (whole machine), far exceeding single-lane/dual-lane models and suitable for high-volume production needs.
Medical-Grade Sterile Sealing: four-side heat sealing process with precisely controllable heat-pressing temperature, producing flat and firm seals that are sterile and dust-proof, compatible with medical dialysis paper, composite film, and other sterile packaging materials.
Fully Automatic Intelligent Operation: servo motors + photoelectric positioning, automatic deviation correction, and color mark tracking, with positioning accuracy ≤±0.5mm; centralized touchscreen control with storable parameters and automatic alarm and shutdown for material shortage, blockage, or faults.
Dedicated Feeding Adaptation: equipped with a dedicated automatic feeding mechanism for swabs that precisely sorts and directionally feeds them, preventing swab head contamination and deformation, compatible with flocked/sponge throat swabs and other types.
Hygienic and Easy-to-Clean Design: 304 stainless steel frame with no hygiene dead corners and a detachable protective cover, making daily cleaning and disinfection convenient and complying with cleanroom requirements of medical workshops.
Flexible and Stable Adaptation: can run as a standalone machine or be connected to a production line; fast changeover and adjustment, suitable for swabs of different lengths/diameters, with strong versatility.
