The inline meal bowl aluminum foil sealing machine is a high-speed sealing machine designed for prepared dishes, takeout meal boxes, and aluminum foil bowls / plastic meal bowls. It adopts an inline production line layout with multi-station synchronous heat pressing, automatically completing bowl feeding → positioning → film placement → heat sealing → film cutting → bowl discharge. It focuses on leak-proofing, freshness locking, high-temperature resistance, and microwave compatibility, and is suitable for wide-mouth containers such as aluminum foil bowls, PP/PE meal boxes, soup bowls, and braised pork bowls.
Inline Multi-Station, High-Speed Mass Production: 2/4/6 heads arranged inline with synchronous multi-head heat sealing, giving an output of 80–200 bowls/minute (about 4500–5000 bowls/hour); continuous conveying with precise positioning, no bowl jamming and no missed seals, suitable for medium and large prepared dish producers / central kitchens.
Constant-Temperature Heat Pressing, Strong Leak-Proof Seal: intelligent digital temperature control (±1℃, adjustable 0–400℃), double-channel heat sealing + cold punch film cutting, producing flat seals without wrinkles or scorched edges; high sealing strength means soup does not leak even when inverted, and it withstands boiling and microwaving, extending shelf life by 7–15 days; compatible with roll film / sheet film, and with aluminum foil composite film and pure aluminum foil film.
Dedicated for Meal Bowls, Flexible Adaptation: suitable for mouth diameters of Φ120–250mm (round bowls) and square / irregular meal boxes (custom molds available); bowl height adjustable from 50–150mm, suitable for aluminum foil bowls, PP soup bowls, maocai bowls, and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall bowls; 10-minute quick mold change with one-touch recipe recall, adapting to multiple meal bowl specifications.
Hygienic Design, Easy to Clean: the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with no dead corners in food contact areas and a quick-release structure, complying with GMP/FDA food-grade standards; splash-proof and easy to wipe, suitable for high-oil, high-soup prepared dish scenarios.
Intelligent Control, Stable and Effortless: PLC + touchscreen with 50 recipe groups stored; no sealing without a bowl, and automatic alarm and shutdown for missing film or over-temperature; water-cooling heat dissipation + voltage stabilization protection for 24-hour continuous operation with a low failure rate; can be connected to filling / labeling / bagging lines for unmanned production.
