Equipment Overview

This machine is an integrated inner and outer bag fully automatic packaging machine for pyramid three-dimensional tea bags. The machine completes the entire production process in one pass: raw material metering, inner bag making, ultrasonic sealing, thread and tag attaching, inner bag discharge, outer bag forming, and heat sealing and cutting. The finished product is a pyramid three-dimensional inner bag + independent outer bag tea bag. Material contact parts are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel. The inner bag uses an ultrasonic traceless sealing process, with no sealing edge waste and good tightness. The outer bag is equipped with a photoelectric eye mark positioning system for precise alignment of packaging patterns. The machine features intelligent control via PLC + color touchscreen, with one-touch parameter storage and recall for convenient changeover and adjustment. It is suitable for mass production of various herbal teas, black teas, green teas, health substitute teas, and traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece tea bags.

Integrated Inner and Outer Bag Forming: a single machine simultaneously completes pyramid inner bag + outer bag packaging, eliminating manual secondary bagging and saving labor costs.
Ultrasonic Inner Bag Sealing: high-temperature fusion sealing of nylon, corn fiber, and non-woven fabric, producing firm seals that do not crack and do not leak material, with a regular three-dimensional bag shape.
Precise Metering: standard-equipped six-head combination electronic scale weighing, with stable metering, suitable for granule, broken tea, and mixed recipe tea raw materials.
Photoelectric Mark Tracking: automatic eye mark tracking on the outer bag color film, keeping packaging bag patterns neatly aligned.
Intelligent Protection: automatic shutdown and alarm for missing film or material shortage, reducing consumable loss.

Applicable Materials

Black tea, green tea, oolong tea, flower and fruit tea, goji berries, roses, health substitute teas, traditional Chinese medicine crushed materials, and other granule/crushed tea bag raw materials.

Applicable Inner Bag Materials

Food-grade nylon mesh, PLA corn biodegradable fiber, non-woven fabric, PET filter cloth.

Applicable Outer Bag Materials

Heat-seal packaging roll materials such as kraft paper, OPP/CPP composite film, aluminum foil composite film, and aluminized film.

Ink wheel coding device: prints production date and batch number on the outer bag.
Outer bag nitrogen flushing device: extends the freshness and shelf life of the tea bag.
Automatic feeder: enclosed material storage and feeding, reducing dust from manual material loading.
