Equipment Overview

This machine is a fully automatic three-side seal inner and outer bag integrated tea bag packaging machine. The machine continuously completes the entire process of material metering, inner bag forming, thread threading and tag attaching, inner bag discharge, outer bag three-side seal bag making, and heat sealing and cutting. The finished product is a filter paper inner bag + composite outer bag independent three-side seal tea bag, produced fully automatically on a single machine without manual secondary bagging. Material contact surfaces are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel. The inner and outer bags use independent film control by stepper motors, combined with PID zoned temperature control, producing flat and tight three-side seals that do not leak material. It is equipped with a PLC + color touchscreen control system that stores multiple production recipes for convenient changeover and adjustment. The outer bag is equipped with photoelectric eye mark registration for precise alignment of printed bag patterns. It is suitable for mass production of various broken teas, herbal teas, health substitute teas, and traditional Chinese medicine tea bags.

Applicable Packaging Materials

Inner bag: food-grade filter cotton paper.
Outer bag: kraft paper, OPP/CPP composite film, aluminized film, aluminum foil composite heat-seal film.

Ink wheel coding machine: prints production date and batch number on the outer bag.
Easy-tear notch cutting device: cuts easy-tear notches in the outer bag.
Automatic feeder: enclosed material storage with automatic loading.
