Feeding is divided into a leaflet inlet, a product inlet and a carton inlet. The carton forming process is divided into four stages:
① Carton feeding: a suction cup picks up a carton from the carton inlet and moves it down to the main cartoning line.
② Opening: guide rails hold the carton in position, the pusher plate opens it, and the front and rear stops hold the sides and press them open to a right angle.
③ Filling: the carton moves forward to the filling area, where the leaflet and product are placed.
④ Closing: the ears are folded, the tuck-in flap is bent, and the pusher plate pushes the carton lid to bend so that the flap is inserted into the box and the lock is fastened.
Pharmaceutical industry: cartoning of blister packs, medicine bottles, ointments and other medicines.
Food industry: cartoning of biscuits, candies, beverages and other products.
Cosmetics industry: cartoning of creams, lipsticks, facial masks and other cosmetics.
Hardware and electrical appliances: cartoning of switches, sockets, bulbs and other small electrical appliances.
