Feeding is divided into a leaflet inlet, a product inlet and a carton inlet. The carton forming process is divided into four stages:
① Carton feeding: a suction cup picks up a carton from the carton inlet and moves it down to the main cartoning line.
② Opening: guide rails hold the carton in position, the pusher plate opens it, and the front and rear stops hold the sides and press them open to a right angle.
③ Filling: the carton moves forward to the filling area, where the leaflet and product are placed.
④ Closing: the ears are folded, the tuck-in flap is bent, and the pusher plate pushes the carton lid to bend so that the flap is inserted into the box and the lock is fastened.

Human-machine interface: parameter setting, operation monitoring and fault diagnosis are carried out through a touch screen or PLC system.
Fault alarm and shutdown protection: real-time monitoring of the machine's operating status, such as carton jamming, material shortage and poor sealing; the machine stops automatically and indicates the fault position.
Data recording and traceability: supports the storage and export of production data (such as output, energy consumption and fault records) for convenient production management.

Integration with other processes: can be linked with labeling machines, inkjet printers, weighing equipment and others to achieve full-process automation of packaging.
Adapting to special requirements: for fragile or precision products, a buffer device or vacuum suction system can be provided to avoid product damage.
Eco-friendly design: optimizes energy consumption and material utilization to reduce packaging material waste.
