Product Range
The CS-350 paper card blister packaging machine is a dedicated hanging-card packaging machine integrating blister forming and paper card heat-melt sealing. The machine automatically and continuously completes the whole set of processes — PVC/PET rigid film unwinding, zoned constant-temperature heating, positive-pressure blister forming, manual/automatic feeding, paper card feeding and positioning, double-sided heat-melt sealing, hanging hole punching, finished product punching and waste film rewinding — and is mainly used for plastic blister + single-sided hot-melt adhesive paper card supermarket hanging packaging. The frame is made of thickened carbon steel with 304 stainless steel at the station contact surfaces. It is suitable for hanging-card packaging of hardware, daily necessities, toys, stationery, food and small accessories; the finished package is transparent and clearly visible with a built-in hanging hole so that it can be hung for display on supermarket shelves. It can be used for standalone independent production or connected to an automatic feeding production line.
Segmented independent temperature-controlled forming module: upper and lower zones are temperature-controlled separately with positive-pressure vacuum forming; the maximum blister forming depth is 40mm, and deep-cavity and irregular products are formed fully with no shell collapse and uniform thickness, suitable for deep blister packaging of irregular accessories and block snacks.
Double heat-melt sealing process: pre-heating + secondary pressing dual-station heat sealing keeps the paper card and blister firmly bonded without cracking and without local false seals; it is suitable for 200~700g single-sided hot-melt adhesive card paper, and the finished product is pull-resistant, moisture-proof and resistant to blister detachment, meeting the long-term display requirements of supermarkets.
PLC + touch screen intelligent control system: servo digital traction; stroke, temperature and running speed are set with one touch on the screen, with multi-specification product recipes stored; equipped with audible and visual alarms and automatic shutdown protection for film shortage, material jamming and insufficient air pressure.
Quick-release modular mold structure: the forming, heat sealing, hole punching and punching stations are pin-locked for tool-free mold change, shortening changeover and adjustment time and allowing quick switching between different sizes of blisters and paper card specifications.
Standard integrated hanging hole punching: the punching station integrates a round hole hanging mold so that the finished product is punched with a supermarket hanging hole at the same time, eliminating the subsequent drilling process; waste film is automatically rewound, reducing manual waste cleaning.
Flexible machine configuration: an automatic paper card feeder, a vibratory feeder and an inline inkjet coding device can be added, supporting both manual feeding for small batches and fully automatic feeding for large batches.
Applicable products: small hardware accessories, screwdrivers, hooks, toothbrushes, batteries, stationery pens, toy accessories, block foods such as cheese/candy, small daily chemical products, small auto parts and other hanging-card products
Applicable packaging materials: PVC/PET/BOPS rigid film (0.15~0.5mm); single-sided hot-melt adhesive white paper/color card (grammage 200~700g)
