Product Range
The Alu-Alu blister packaging machine is specially customized for fully sealed double-aluminum foil packaging. Unlike conventional alu-plastic models, both the upper and lower layers use pharmaceutical-grade PTP tropical aluminum foil, formed by heated positive-pressure forming and sealed by high-temperature hermetic heat sealing. It automatically completes the entire process of aluminum foil cavity forming, material filling, double-aluminum heat sealing, steel-stamp coding, easy-tear perforation, blister card punching and waste edge rewinding. The finished product is fully aluminum-sealed, light-proof, oxygen-barrier and moisture-proof, meeting the long-term storage requirements of medicines. The machine follows GMP pharmaceutical production standards with integrated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and optical automatic control; it can be used for standalone production or connected to an automatic cartoning production line. It is widely used for double-aluminum sealed packaging of tablets, hard capsules, soft capsules, pills, health food and medical consumables, and supports one-touch switching between alu-plastic and alu-alu production modes.
Dedicated double-aluminum heat sealing module: zone-controlled heating system; the upper and lower aluminum foils are heat-pressed and sealed at constant temperature with no false seals or missed seals, providing hermetic moisture barrier and light protection, and compatible with cold/hot forming processes for tropical aluminum.
PLC + touch screen full-servo control: precise servo traction; production stroke and pitch are digitally adjusted on the human-machine interface, with built-in photoelectric detection for material shortage, jamming and aluminum foil shortage, plus audible and visual fault alarms and automatic shutdown protection.
Modular station layout: the forming, feeding, heat sealing, batch number coding, perforating and punching stations are positioned by rack shaft centers with ruler scale assistance, so mold replacement requires no extensive adjustment, making changeover quick and time-saving.
304 stainless steel clean body: all parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, and the carbon steel frame is precision-machined, polished and powder-coated, clean and easy to clean, meeting the clean production standards of pharmaceutical workshops.
Standard waste rewinding mechanism: punching waste is collected automatically to reduce manual cleaning; an optional inline missing-pill vision rejection device is available to automatically divert and reject defective products.
Split-type body design: the machine can be disassembled for transport, facilitating workshop entry, lifting, relocation and installation.
Packaging materials: upper and lower layers of pharmaceutical PTP tropical aluminum foil (thickness 0.02~0.035mm), compatible with alu-plastic PVC/PTP composite production
