Equipment Overview

The inline foam box sealing machine adopts pneumatic control. The tape is adjusted to the sealing position by an adjustable crank handle; selecting the corresponding model on the touch screen and pressing the start button automatically applies the tape, making it convenient for operators to pack products directly and eliminating heavy, repetitive manual work. The machine is simple to operate, easy to adjust, stable and durable. It adopts a user-friendly intelligent human-machine interface control system and is equipped with branded components such as Leadshine stepper motors and AirTAC cylinders, improving the stability and reliability of the equipment. It is suitable for sealing the openings of foam boxes (square and round) used for fresh produce and fruit, and is widely used in the fresh produce packaging and e-commerce packaging industries.
