Product Range
The CS-260 fully automatic soft double-aluminum packaging machine is a dedicated model for hermetic sealing with double-layer all-aluminum foil composite film. The machine automatically completes the whole process of soft aluminum film unwinding, vibratory aligning and feeding, double-layer aluminum film folding and heat sealing, longitudinal easy-tear perforation, batch number roller printing, blister card cutting and waste edge rewinding in one integrated flow. It uses upper and lower layers of pharmaceutical soft aluminum composite film for heat-seal forming; the packaging is fully hermetic, light-proof, oxygen-barrier and moisture-proof, suitable for light-proof sealed packaging of pharmaceuticals, health food, tablet candy, milk tablets, capsules and irregular tablets. All material-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, complying with GMP pharmaceutical clean production standards. It features a vertical compact structure with a small footprint, suitable for clean workshop layouts, for continuous single-machine mass production.
PID zoned constant-temperature roller heat sealing system: the heat sealing roller is equipped with PT100 precision temperature measurement and independent zone temperature control, with a temperature control error of ±1.5℃; the roller surface is heated evenly, and four-side full sealing of the double-layer soft aluminum has no false seals and no film breakage or material leakage, with high-barrier sealing preventing the product from moisture and oxidation.
PLC + touch screen intelligent control system: running speed, traction stroke, pellets per card and cutting quantity are all set on the touch screen; changing product specifications requires no disassembly of gears or cams, and parameters can be stored and recalled with one click. The machine features variable-frequency stepless speed regulation for smooth, low-noise operation.
Vibratory aligning and feeding + photoelectric missing-pellet detection: a standard vibratory hopper automatically sorts and discharges materials; fiber optic inline missing-pellet monitoring marks empty cards where material is missing, and a pneumatic rejection mechanism can be added to effectively reduce the reject rate.
Integrated perforating, coding and cutting: the station integrates transverse/longitudinal easy-tear line perforation, production date and batch number solid ink roller printing, and finished product cutting; the finished card layout is neat and easy to tear, and waste film edges are automatically rewound and cleaned up.
Modular quick-release structure: the heat sealing roller and cutter assembly can be quickly disassembled and installed with no cleaning dead corners, facilitating product changeover and routine cleaning and maintenance, and adapting to rapid mold changeover production of tablets and capsules of multiple specifications.
