Product Range
The CS-210 fully automatic flat-plate blister packaging machine is dedicated equipment integrating flat-plate positive-pressure forming and flat-mold heat sealing. The machine continuously completes the fully automated processes of PVC unwinding, constant-temperature heating, positive-pressure blister forming, automatic material filling, aluminum foil heat sealing, steel-stamp coding, easy-tear line perforation, blister card punching and waste edge rewinding, and one machine is compatible with three packaging processes: alu-plastic, alu-alu and alu-plastic-alu. The machine is designed in accordance with pharmaceutical GMP clean standards, with all material-contact surfaces made of 304 stainless steel, suitable for sealed packaging of many categories of pharmaceuticals, health food, food and small medical devices. The flat-plate forming structure can produce large-depth and special-shaped blister cavities, with full and neat blister forming, suitable for products that are difficult to process on roller-type models, such as large honey pills, soft capsules and irregular tablets. It can be used for standalone independent production or connected to an automatic cartoning production line.
Flat-plate positive-pressure forming process: independent zoned temperature-controlled heating module with positive-pressure blow forming; the blister has uniform thickness and a crisp, well-formed cavity, and the maximum forming depth reaches 26mm, suitable for large pills and deep-cavity special-shaped packaging, solving the shallow-blister limitation of roller-type models.
PLC + touch screen intelligent control system: servo traction with digital adjustment of stroke, temperature and running frequency; multiple product recipes can be stored, with a Chinese-English operation interface; equipped with photoelectric detection for film shortage, material shortage, insufficient air pressure and overheating, with automatic shutdown and audible and visual alarms in case of fault.
Drawer-type quick-change mold structure: the forming, heat sealing, coding and punching stations use pin positioning + handle locking, allowing quick mold change without disassembly tools, with short changeover and adjustment time, suitable for flexible production of multiple specifications in small batches.
Three-in-one packaging material switching: replacing the heat sealing tooling switches between alu-plastic (PVC + PTP aluminum foil), alu-alu (double-layer tropical aluminum) and alu-plastic-alu three-layer composite sealing, and is compatible with pharmaceutical PVC, PTP aluminum foil, tropical aluminum and PVDC high-barrier rigid film.
Cantilever-type body layout: the material discharge is designed to be suspended so that scattered materials fall directly to the floor, leaving no cleaning dead corners; the body can be split into sections, facilitating lifting, installation and transport into narrow workshops.
Mesh-textured flat-press heat sealing module: the upper and lower molds are independently temperature-controlled at constant temperature with uniform heat sealing pressure; the seal has no false seals or missed seals, and the sealing performance of the finished product meets the light-proof and moisture-proof pharmacopoeia storage standards; a standard automatic waste aluminum foil rewinding mechanism reduces manual waste cleaning.
