Product Range
The CS-260 food-grade fully automatic blister packaging machine is custom-developed for leisure foods such as hawthorn strips, hawthorn sticks, cheese blocks, milk cakes, chocolate, soft candy and preserved fruit. The whole process is fully automated: plastic film unwinding → constant-temperature heating and positive-pressure forming → automatic food filling → aluminum foil/composite film heat sealing → batch number coding → easy-tear line perforation → finished product punching → waste edge rewinding, all completed in one pass. The machine is designed in accordance with food QS and food-grade hygiene standards; all parts in contact with food materials are made of 304 stainless steel with no hygiene dead corners and are easy to wash, suitable for blister packaging of solid block, strip and irregular-shaped snacks. The transparent blister displays the product intuitively, and the hermetic seal locks in freshness and extends the food shelf life. It can be used for standalone mass production or connected to a downstream bagging production line.
Food-specific deep forming structure: flat-plate positive-pressure forming combined with auxiliary punch forming; the maximum blister forming depth is 30mm, suitable for deep-cavity forming of thick cheese and thick hawthorn sticks, with uniform blister wall thickness, no wrinkling and full forming, and adaptable to custom molds for irregular-shaped foods.
Independent zoned precision temperature-controlled heat sealing: multi-section independent temperature-controlled heat sealing modules with a temperature error of ±2℃, suitable for various packaging materials such as food-grade PE composite film, PET film, edible PTP aluminum foil and matte film; the seal is tight and airtight, moisture-proof and mold-proof, eliminating problems such as oil leakage from cheese and moisture-induced softening of hawthorn.
PLC touch screen + servo traction system: stroke, speed and temperature are digitally adjusted on the touch screen, and multiple food recipes can be stored and recalled with one click; equipped with automatic shutdown and alarm for film shortage, material shortage and insufficient air pressure, servo fixed-length traction gives uniform card dimensions with no uneven edges.
Food-grade materials throughout: the material hopper, discharge chute and forming table are all made of 304 stainless steel, and the frame is thickened carbon steel with anti-rust coating; the detachable module structure allows quick disassembly and washing between production runs, complying with food workshop cleaning standards and eliminating the hidden risk of residual food materials breeding bacteria.
Multiple optional feeding assemblies: block cheese uses a position-limited feeding hopper, hawthorn sticks use positioned slot feeding, and bulk candy can be fitted with a vibrating hopper; changing the mold switches between multiple products, so one machine serves many types of snack production.
Automatic waste rewinding + finished product conveyor: punching waste is automatically wound up, and finished products are discharged together along the belt, reducing manual picking and lowering the probability of secondary food contamination.
