The CO₂ carbon dioxide laser marking machine adopts an RF sealed CO₂ laser with a laser wavelength of 10.6μm in the mid-infrared band, and uses a high-energy laser to burn and vaporize the surface layer of the material to achieve permanent ink-free marking; it is non-contact processing with no consumables, and the marks are permanent and do not fade. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed digital galvanometer + industrial dedicated marking control system, and supports static desktop marking and inline flying production-line coding; it can edit production dates, batch numbers, LOGOs, 1D barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers and fine graphics and text. It is suitable for all categories of non-metallic materials and can be paired with packaging machine production lines for coding on bags, cartons, plastics and paper packaging. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, leather, bamboo and wood, electronics and handicraft industries. The whole machine features air cooling and an integrated frame, and can run in uninterrupted mass production 24 hours a day.
RF sealed laser: metal sealed cavity, stable laser output with continuously adjustable power, normal service life ≥20000h, no need for frequent consumable replacement and low maintenance cost.
High-speed precision galvanometer: digital scanning galvanometer with a maximum marking line speed of 7000mm/s and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.025mm, giving small characters and fine patterns flat edges without burrs.
Consumable-free environmentally friendly marking: no ink, inkjet fluid or ribbon required, zero-consumable operation with no pollution, complying with environmental protection standards for food and pharmaceutical production.
Multifunctional editing software: compatible with BMP/DXF/PLT and other formats, automatic number skipping and batch generation of variable codes, a Chinese-English operating system, and one-click saving and recall of parameters.
Flexible installation and adaptation: suitable for both desktop and vertical use, and can be fitted with a lifting bracket, photoelectric sensing and an encoder to seamlessly connect with filling and packaging production lines for inline flying marking.
Multiple marking area options: the focusing lens is replaceable, allowing the marking work area to be switched between 70×70/110×110/175×175mm as required.
