The fiber laser marking machine adopts a fiber laser with a laser wavelength of 1064nm, and uses a high-energy laser to burn the surface layer of the workpiece to achieve permanent identification marking; it is non-contact processing with no consumables, and the marks are friction-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed digital galvanometer and a dedicated industrial marking control system, and supports static fixed-point marking; when fitted with a photoelectric switch and an encoder, it can perform inline flying coding, and can mark production dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, LOGOs, 1D barcodes, 2D codes and fine graphics and text. The whole machine features an integrated design and air cooling, and can run continuously and stably 24 hours a day. It is widely used for coding and processing of products such as hardware, metal fittings, plastics, electronic components, jewelry, bottle caps and stainless steel containers.
Fiber laser module: high photoelectric conversion efficiency, laser service life ≥100,000 hours, stable output beam and fine spot, with little power attenuation after long-term use.
High-precision digital galvanometer: fast scanning speed and high repeat positioning accuracy, with fine characters and precise patterns having clear edges and no burrs.
Zero-consumable operation: no ink or ribbon required, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, simple daily maintenance and low operating cost.
Complete software functions: compatible with BMP, DXF, PLT and other format files, supporting automatic number skipping, automatic date generation and variable data editing, and storage of multiple sets of process parameters.
Flexible installation: the main unit is compact in size and can be placed on a desktop, fitted with a lifting worktable, or equipped with a frame to connect to a production line for inline flying marking.
