Product Range
The fully automatic cross carton sealing machine adopts a straight-line combination + automatic turning structure. The operator closes the upper and lower flaps of the carton, the carton is single-strip sealed in the front section, then a pneumatic cylinder automatically turns it 90° and the rear section seals it crosswise, completing cross tape sealing of the carton in one pass. The machine is equipped with an electric automatic width-adjustment system: carton width and height are fully automatically sensed and adjusted, so mixed cartons of different specifications require no shutdown or manual adjustment. It can operate as a standalone packing unit or seamlessly connect with case erecting and case packing production lines, and is widely used for large-volume standardized carton sealing in e-commerce warehousing, food, daily chemical and pharmaceutical operations.
Fully automatic turning cross sealing: a built-in pneumatic side-push turning mechanism automatically turns the carton after single-strip sealing and completes cross sealing continuously, eliminating manual turning and transfer so that one person can handle loading.
Electric automatic width and height adjustment: the carton size is photoelectrically sensed and the motor automatically adapts to the carton type, so cartons of different sizes in the same batch can run in mixed flow with no handwheel adjustment and no shutdown for specification change.
Double-side fully coated rubber belt conveying: the carton is held steadily without deviation or tipping over, and small express cartons are conveyed without jamming.
Intelligent fault protection: photoelectric detection for material shortage, carton jamming and tape-out, with automatic shutdown and audible and visual alarm, protecting the tape head and the carton from damage.
Thickened square-tube powder-coated frame: casters are fitted for machine movement, and the body has stable load-bearing capacity, allowing flexible relocation and quick integration into a production line.
Universal tape head: standard 48mm BOPP tape position, and 60/72mm tape holders can be fitted for thickened waterproof tape.
