The automatic bottom-folding carton sealing machine automatically completes the folding of the four bottom flaps of the carton and the bottom tape sealing process. The operator only needs to place the opened empty carton upside down on the infeed end; through the conveying and flap-folding mechanisms, the machine folds the front, rear, left and right bottom flaps in sequence and automatically applies the bottom sealing tape, while the top opening of the carton stays open to facilitate subsequent product filling. It can be directly connected to a case packing production line and is widely used with automated packaging production lines in the food, daily chemical, e-commerce and hardware industries.
Mechanical four-flap bottom folding structure: the four bottom flaps of the carton are automatically folded in sequence; the flaps are folded fully without curling edges, giving a neat seal.
Manual handwheel adjustment: carton width and height are adjusted by handwheel, making changeover and adjustment convenient so that one machine can handle multiple carton specifications.
Double-side belt clamping conveyance: the carton runs stably without deviation or jamming, and both thin and thick corrugated cartons are conveyed steadily.
Photoelectric sensing protection: the machine stops automatically in case of a missing carton or carton jamming, reducing carton and tape waste.
Thickened square-tube powder-coated frame: universal braked casters at the bottom make moving the whole machine convenient.
Universal tape holder: standard 48mm, and the tape head can be replaced to suit 60mm and 72mm carton sealing tape.
