Product Range
The flying laser marking machine is a dedicated model for inline dynamic marking on production lines. It is equipped with an RF sealed CO₂ laser + high-speed digital galvanometer + flying control system, together with a photoelectric sensor and a rotary encoder, and completes non-contact permanent laser coding while products travel continuously at a constant speed on the conveyor line, with no need to stop, replacing conventional inkjet printers. The equipment collects production line speed signals in real time and dynamically matches the laser marking trajectory; it can mark production dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, LOGOs, 1D barcodes and QR anti-counterfeiting codes, and the marks are high-temperature resistant and friction resistant and cannot be wiped off or tampered with. The machine has a modular vertical frame and can be installed by hoisting, side mounting or floor-standing vertical placement, seamlessly connecting with inner and outer bag packaging machines, filling lines and conveyors. It supports 24h continuous industrial mass production and is mostly used for inline coding in food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and paper-plastic packaging operations.
Dynamic flying marking system: the encoder synchronizes with the production line speed in real time and adapts to the full range of 0~120m/min production lines; characters marked dynamically are not deformed, the QR code scan pass rate is ≥99.5%, and the system is also compatible with static fixed-point marking in a dual-mode design.
RF metal-cavity laser: wavelength 10.6μm with continuously adjustable power, a service life ≥20000h and power stability ≤±1%, giving a uniform and stable spot during long high-speed operation.
High-speed digital galvanometer module: maximum scanning speed 10000mm/s and repeat positioning accuracy ±0.02mm, so small characters and fine marks have flat edges without smearing.
Zero-consumable environmentally friendly operation: no consumption of ink, ribbons or thinners and no waste gas or waste liquid, complying with environmental protection and GMP regulations for food and pharmaceutical production, with extremely low later-stage operation and maintenance costs.
Intelligent industrial control system: touch-screen operating system supporting graphic and text import from a USB flash drive, batch automatic number skipping and real-time clock linkage, compatible with BMP/DXF/PLT and other format files, with optional multi-language interfaces.
Multi-directional adjustable frame: the laser head can be raised and lowered and its left-right angle adjusted, suitable for bagged and boxed products of different heights, with three flexible installation options: floor-standing, hoisting and wall mounting.
