The collaborative palletizing workstation is a clever material-handling assistant tailor-made for many industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, 3C, printing and daily chemicals. With its visual programming design, it takes only 5 minutes to enter the information, after which products/cartons can be stacked onto pallets to achieve unmanned handling. The user-friendly visual programming design makes it easy for operators to operate the robot; the high-load end effector can grip products weighing up to 20KG. The machine is flexible to deploy, occupies a small footprint, has simple wiring, is easy to maintain and works efficiently — it can palletize 8-10 cartons per minute.
