Product Range
The CS-5545 fully automatic continuous side-sealing machine is dedicated servo-driven continuous non-stop side sealing equipment. The frame is made of thickened carbon steel with a baked paint finish + 304 stainless steel contact parts, and it adopts an integrated continuous longitudinal side sealing + servo cross-cutting structure. Products travel at a constant speed along the conveyor without stopping, continuously completing the fully automated processes of film wrapping, side heat sealing, cross cutting, and waste film winding. It overcomes the length limitation of conventional L-type sealing and cutting machines, with no upper limit on the length of packaged products. It is suitable for batch heat shrink film packaging of long profiles, boxed foods, cheese snacks, daily chemical gift boxes, books and photo frames, and hardware pipes. Combined with a heat shrink tunnel, it completes tight finished-product film wrapping. The machine complies with food processing hygiene standards and can be connected to a production line for continuous online mass production.
Servo Continuous Drive Structure: the side sealing blade runs continuously without interruption for heat sealing, while the cross-cutting blade follows the product synchronously in servo mode for cutting. Products are conveyed without any pause throughout, ensuring strong stability at high speed and flat seals with no breakpoints and no burn-through or missed seals.
PLC + Touchscreen Intelligent Control System: multiple sets of product dimensions, temperature, and conveying speed parameters can be set and stored via the touchscreen, with one-touch recall for changeover; photoelectric sensors automatically detect incoming material, with no-material standby energy saving and automatic shutdown protection when material runs out.
Zoned PID Constant-Temperature Heat Sealing Module: independent temperature control for the side sealing and cross-cutting zones, with an adjustable range of 0–320℃ and a temperature control tolerance of ±2℃, compatible with a variety of POF and PE shrink films of different thicknesses; thin films are not melted through, and thick films are sealed tightly without air leakage.
Automatic Waste Film Winding Device: excess edge trim from sealing and cutting is automatically wound by an independent motor, keeping the machine clean with no waste accumulation, reducing manual cleaning frequency, and supporting long continuous mass production.
Adjustable Conveyor Frame: conveyor height, width, and conveying speed are steplessly adjustable; the infeed belt is wear-resistant and slip-proof, and can be connected to upstream and downstream automated lines to quickly fit into the production line layout.
Hawthorn cheese, milk tablet gift boxes, snack food packaging boxes, daily chemical products, photo and picture frames, book and magazine color boxes, PVC pipes, aluminum profiles, electronic components, small hardware items, and full cartons of e-commerce goods.
