The inline servo liquid filling machine uses continuous conveyor-line transport and is mainly used for quantitative filling of aqueous liquids and viscous liquids into plastic bottles, glass bottles, and PET bottles. Combined with bottle unscrambling, filling, and capping units, it forms a complete filling production line, and is widely used in the food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, and agricultural materials industries.
Multiple filling pumps available: peristaltic pumps for thin liquids (disinfectants, alcoholic beverages, drinks); servo plunger pumps for syrups, personal care stock solutions, and sauces, with metering accuracy of ±0.5%–±1.5%.
High efficiency with multiple filling heads: customizable from 2 to 12 heads, with speeds of 30–120 bottles/minute for high-speed mass production.
Easy Adjustment and Strong Versatility: bottle height, bottle width, and filling volume are set with one touch on the touchscreen, adapting to various bottle types with mouth diameters of 15–100mm and bottle heights of 50–350mm, saving time when changing specifications.
Hygienic and Corrosion-Resistant: liquid contact parts are made of 304/316 stainless steel with quick-release piping, easy to clean, complying with food GMP production requirements.
Intelligent Control System: PLC + touchscreen, parameter storage, audible and visual alarm for missing bottles, bottle jams, or faults; filling nozzles have suck-back to prevent dripping when the machine stops.
Liquid products such as alcoholic beverages and drinks, seasonings, edible oils, disinfectants, personal care products, oral liquids, and pesticide foliar fertilizers.
Auger feeder, bottle unscrambler, fully automatic capping machine, aluminum foil sealing machine, and labeling machine, forming a complete filling production line.
