Equipment Overview

The small vertical powder packaging machine is a fully automatic packaging machine dedicated to powder materials, integrating automatic feeding, auger metering, bag making, sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge. All material contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, with servo auger quantitative discharge combined with a zoned constant-temperature heat sealing structure, producing firm seals that do not leak powder. The machine is equipped with a PLC + touch control operating system, with multiple recipe groups that can be stored, and one-touch adjustment of bag length and discharge amount. Photoelectric tracking is optional for outer bags, accurately positioning printed bag patterns. It is suitable for automated standalone bag packaging production of various fine powders and ultrafine powders.
