Equipment Overview

The vertical reciprocating powder packaging machine is a vertical powder-specific packaging machine integrating pneumatic reciprocating jaw sealing + servo auger metering. Unlike continuous roller sealing models, it uses a reciprocating jaw intermittent sealing design in which the sealing die dwells and maintains pressure, making the seal dense without powder leakage or wrinkles. The machine automatically completes the entire process of roll film unwinding, auger quantitative discharge, bag making, reciprocating heat sealing, cutting, and finished product discharge. Material contact parts are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, and the machine is equipped with a PLC touch control system with recipe storage for one-touch specification switching. It is suitable for mass production of small bags of various fine and ultrafine powders, and is widely used for powder sub-packaging in food, health supplements, and daily chemicals.

Reciprocating Jaw Sealing Process: the pneumatic reciprocating sealing jaw closes at a fixed point and maintains pressure, suitable for difficult-to-heat-seal materials such as aluminum foil film, kraft paper composite film, and PE composite film, producing flat seals with strong tightness; flat-mouth / serrated / round-corner cutting is optional.
Servo Auger Metering: servo-driven metering auger, preventing bridging and clogging with little dusting, providing stable metering and precise sub-packaging of both high- and low-density powders.
Zoned Independent Temperature Control: multi-channel zoned temperature control with precise adjustment, eliminating film burn-through and weak seals that leak material.
Intelligent Electronic Control System: 7-inch touchscreen operation with storage of multiple product parameter sets, and automatic shutdown and alarm for missing film, material shortage, or abnormal temperature control, reducing consumable loss.
Compact Vertical Body: the machine has a small footprint, and the hopper and auger assembly can be quickly disassembled and assembled for convenient cleaning and maintenance, complying with food production hygiene standards.

Applicable Materials

Non-sticky powders such as meal replacement powder, coffee powder, milk powder, seasoning powder, traditional Chinese medicine powder, probiotic powder, and dry fine chemical powders.

Applicable Packaging Materials

OPP/CPP composite film, aluminized film, aluminum foil composite film, kraft paper heat-seal film (film thickness 0.05–0.1mm).

Ink wheel coding assembly: prints production date and batch number on the bag surface.
Easy-tear notch mold: pre-cuts V-shaped easy-tear notches in the packaging bag.
Auger feeder: enclosed automatic feeding of powders, reducing manual material loading.
