The single-lane desiccant packaging machine is a vertical fully automatic packaging machine designed specifically for small desiccant packets used with food, pet food, and health supplements. The complete line performs integrated production of automatic feeding, quantitative filling, bag making, heat sealing, and bag cutting to finished product. The machine has reserved linkage interfaces and can be directly connected to granule canning and filling production lines to enable online insertion of finished desiccant packets into bottles, replacing manual material feeding. It is suitable for packaging materials such as silica gel, montmorillonite, calcium chloride, mineral granules, and deoxidizer granules.
Production Line Linkage: standard linkage signal ports allow connection with granule filling machines for synchronized start/stop and positioned packet insertion.
Stable Metering: measuring cup quantitative discharge with easy weight adjustment, giving small metering errors for small desiccant packets.
Temperature-Controlled Sealing: multi-zone independent temperature control, with heat sealing optimized for paper and non-woven materials, without material clamping or powder leakage.
Simple Operation: 7-inch color touchscreen with one-touch parameter recall, allowing beginners to get started quickly.
Strong Versatility: adjustable bag width and length, with one machine covering conventional 1g–50g desiccant specifications.
Ink wheel coding machine: prints production date and product specifications.
Linkage control system: connects to filling production lines for online automatic packet insertion.
Z-type feeding elevator: fully automatic material storage and feeding, reducing manual loading.
Punching device: processing of hanging holes in packaging bags.
