The CS-150 Alu-Alu blister packaging machine is an alu-alu / alu-plastic dual-purpose blister packaging machine. The whole machine is fully integrated with film feeding, heating and forming, automatic feeding, double-aluminum heat sealing, perforating, punching and waste rewinding in one process, and can operate in two production modes: alu-alu tropical aluminum sealed packaging and conventional alu-plastic PVC packaging. The main body is made of 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a touch-screen intelligent control system and a pneumatic forming and heat sealing structure. The machine is compact and fitted with movable casters, occupying little space and being convenient to adjust; it is suitable for small-batch trial production in pharmaceutical plants, health product plants, clinic pharmaceutical production and laboratory sample packaging, and can independently produce alu-alu sealed packaging for tablets, capsules and pills.
Integrated structure: compact and lightweight overall design with universal braked casters at the bottom for easy movement, suitable for small workshops and narrow laboratory workstations.
Universal for both alu-alu and alu-plastic modes: simple mold replacement allows switching between the PVC alu-plastic and all-aluminum alu-alu sealing processes; tropical aluminum is hermetically heat-sealed at high temperature, and the finished product is light-proof, oxygen-barrier and moisture-proof.
PLC + touch screen control: the stroke, temperature and speed of each station are digitally adjusted on the touch screen, with multiple production recipes stored, making specification changeover and adjustment highly efficient.
Pneumatic forming and constant-temperature heat sealing: zone-independent temperature control system with uniform heat sealing pressure, eliminating missed seals and false seals, suitable for pharmaceutical tropical aluminum foil materials.
Automatic granule discharging mechanism: standard vibrating/rotary table feeder automatically discharges tablets and capsules; photoelectric sensing triggers automatic shutdown and alarm when material or film runs out.
Built-in waste rewinding: waste aluminum foil after punching is collected automatically, reducing manual cleaning, meeting the needs of small-batch continuous production and complying with the GMP production requirements of small pharmaceutical operations.
